Joanie Courtney is President and Chief Operating Officer for the Professional Services Division for EmployBridge. Joanie joined the EmployBridge family with a 20 year proven track record in both professional and commercial staffing including executive roles with two of the largest employment firms in the world (Adecco & Randstad). She previously held direct P&L responsibility for a $330 million dollar staffing division and led large scale business transformation of $500 million dollar professional staffing model. She recently spent three years in the digital recruiting industry as Senior Vice President of Global Market Insights at Monster Worldwide. Joanie had global responsibility for leading Monster’s insights and business intelligence resources to support product development, marketing and sales initiatives throughout the Monster organization and to deliver global market research & intelligence on employment data and workplace trends to Monster’s customer base.
As an employment industry expert, she is often called upon to discuss the job market, careers, and workplace trends and speak to the talent supply and demand cycles that impact U.S. employers. She is frequently featured as a keynote speaker at industry conferences, and her commentary on the employment market has been featured on media outlets like Fox and Fox Business Network, Associated Press, CNBC, MSNBC, CNN, ABC, PBS, The Wall Street Journal, U.S. News & World Report, and Forbes.
Joanie has a Bachelor of Science with Highest Distinction from the State University of New York and she currently lives in Parkland, Florida with her husband Brendan, her son Chase and daughter Ashley.
Mr. Eric Olson is Vice President of the Western Region for RemX Specialty Staffing and Vice President of Corporate Development, focusing on expanding the entire RemX brand through strategic acquisitions.
Mr. Olson began his career with 3 years at Robert Half International as a top producing Executive Recruiter. He then founded the specialty staffing firm AccountingSolutions, which became a leader in Financial, Accounting, and Banking positions. During the next 13 years, he built that firm from one office in Denver, Colorado to a national network of 35 offices in 17 states employing a team of over 300 recruiters. Ultimately, that firm was sold to a division within Adecco, and it is now part of their national Accounting and Finance specialty practice. In 2005 Mr. Olson founded Fortress Staffing Group in Denver, Colorado with a specialty in Accounting, Finance, and IT positions. Mr. Olson joined RemX as Vice President in 2007 when Fortress Staffing Group was acquired by RemX.
Mr. Olson has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iowa State University with an emphasis in Finance.
Mr. Rory Sakin is Vice President responsible for leading and managing all RemX Specialty Staffing offices in the East. Rory has over 20 years of professional staffing & recruiting experience. Prior to joining RemX in 2002, Rory led a multi-office region generating in excess of $100 million for a national staffing firm.
Rory begun his professional career after graduating from Rider University with Dun & Bradstreet Information Services. He led the sales team across the New York & New Jersey markets and developing his expertise and passion for client satisfaction. Rory believes the most important part of his role is attracting and retaining top talent in order to best service RemX customers.
When not at work, Rory enjoys mentoring business students and spending time with his wife and children.
