Description
Onsite ROI Team Member (Temporary Assignment)
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- Duration: 6+ months (Temporary Assignment)
- Location: Atlantic City, NJ 08401
Additional Information
- Position begins with virtual DHISC training, followed by onsite work.
- Role supports onsite Release of Information (ROI) operations.
Preferred Qualifications
The hiring manager is seeking a candidate who demonstrates the following:
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills, both phone-based and in-person
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
Pre-Employment & Onsite Requirements
Candidates must be comfortable completing the following requirements, if selected:
- Influenza vaccination
- TB Blood Test (T-Spot)
- Hepatitis B Surface Antibody Titer
- MMR Titer
- Varicella Titer
- 7-year background check
- Standard urinalysis
- Education and employment verification
