Work at the Mayland Drive location in Richmond 23233. You will be able to work at home /remotely most of the time, with about 1 day per week in the office. Hours are M-F 9am- 6pm
Summary of duties: Supporting the Quote process. Preparing reports and analysis, matching product deliverables , reconciling and cross checking to ensure accuracy of the quotes that go to the business clients.
Will be using Excel Word and the Access database. Medical supply knowledge is very helpful.
This is a fast paced work environment with deadlines. Will be in the system, on the phones and a lot of email communication out to the sales reps you are supporting.
Must have HSD or GED and it is critical that you have at least 1 year of experience in medical or lab supply industry doing a similar type of job (supporting sales with data & reports, item cross-referencing, purchasing.
