An AMAZING opportunity for a Customer Service Representative for a great company located in Costa Mesa. Stable, excellent pay and benefits! Contract to hire position. Offering $20-24/hr. DOE. 100% onsite. This position will start ASAP!

Job Duties:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service role 
  • Computer skills very important
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven supervisory abilities
  • Effective problem solving, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a team environment
  • A self-starter who does not require close supervision
