TYPE: Direct Hire - Hybrid Schedule
SENIOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Provide world class customer service to customers
- Will communicate with customers on product availability, delivery status, pricing, and product specifications
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Adhere to pricing policies and negotiated rate agreements
- Secure 3rd party quotes as needed
- Arrange for alternate shipping methods as needed
- Implement process improvements to increase customer satisfaction
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE SENIOR CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE:
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Must understand the order to cash process and the procure to pay process
- Must be highly tech savvy
- 2-3 years of customer service experience or a combination of education & experience – in an industrial setting preferred
- MS Office Suite, presentation & graphics
- Salesforce CRM
- Must be highly motivated
