Description

We have an Office Assistant opening with a growing company located in the West End of Richmond. 

 

The requirements for this position include mail and facility management. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and distributes mail
  • Maintain break rooms, conference rooms, etc.
  • Order, maintain and stock supplies
  • Serve as back up to the receptionist
  • Assists with the coordination of conferences and events
  • Data entry and document imaging

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional office setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great working knowledge of MS Office Suite
