RemX is seeking a Recruiter for a large Production company in Winchester, VA 

Pay rate: $21 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm EST (overtime as needed)

Start Date: 5/29/23

End Date: 12/31/23

Contract: 7 months (potential to convert to a FTE)

Work Location: Onsite

Looking for a candidate that has:

• Full cycle recruiting experience (requisition management, interviewing, background check, drug screen administration, job fair coordination, scheduling and participation in orientations, communication of such activities to plant and candidate, etc.).

• Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Previous Workday experience is a plus but not necessary.

• Knowledge with maintenance in a manufacturing plant (electrical, mechanical, industrial) is a plus but not necessary. 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year recruiting experience (preferably in production)

• Proficient in Workday (strongly preferred but not a big must)

• Go getter, needs minimal supervision

• Strong communicator
