RemX is hiring Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representatives for a client ONSITE in N. Charleston SC.  This is a direct hire opportunity.  Pay rate is $15/hr. with an increase to $16/hr quickly based on attendance.  

Job Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients to understand their language preferences 
• Providing clients with necessary information on various products and services 
• Resolving customer queries and complaints 
• Processing customer requests and refunds
• Adhering to the industry practices and company standards, at all times 
• Maintaining a record of customer communication 
• Verifying customer details before processing their requests 

Job Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Background and drug screen required
