An AMAZING opportunity for an Engineer for our client located in Cypress. Stable, excellent pay and benefits!  Contract to hire, offering $28-$30/hr. DOE. This position will start ASAP! 100% onsite.

Engineers need to have the right skills for performing essential duties and meeting safety and regulatory laws on the job. Engineers must pay careful attention to detail and record this information for coworkers and customers to access so that they can perform their job well. 

Job Duties:

• Draw components and assemblies using AutoCad.
• Help on special projects.
• Make engineering drawings.
• Design circuits.
• Check drawings.
• Write manufacturing instructions.
• Write test procedures.
• Review customer requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering
• Three or more years of experience as an engineer
• Professional engineer (PE) certification
• Experience in software development and platform implementation
• Experience in Digital volt meter, Megohmmeter, AC/DC Hi-pot tester, Digital caliper, AC/DC power supply, Microscope
• Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot production processes
• Strong project/team management skills
• Strong electronic testing and database design capabilities
• Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes
• Strong focus on quality control
• Proven innovative approach to electronic systems development
