*This position is onsite in downtown Denver.*

Position Information:

SCHEDULE

Assigned a 40 hour schedule between the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (8 hours a day/5 days a week)

Must be able to work on Saturday (Days off will be Sunday and one weekday)

LOCATION

On-site in Denver, CO 80202

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Provide telephone, email, and chat assistance in a call center setting
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls regarding repair scheduling
  • Confirm scheduled appointments by email and outbound calls

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience (call center, reception, etc.)
  • Able to learn new software systems
  • Familiarity with CRM and Smart Sheets (like Excel)
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
