Location:   Tempe, AZ 85281

Schedule: 

• Candidates will be assigned a schedule based on their accounts.
• So, candidates need to be available 7am-7pm (AZ time) Monday through  

Compensation: $65-75k + Benefits

Job Summary:

This position will provide  face to face communication with our clients  ensuring their work orders are managed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure client requests are being received and facilitated.

• Document the progress I n addition to proving quality control for NCSR updates.

• Ensure completion of client work orders.

• Prepare and submit proposals on client portals ensuring pricing consistency and client pricing.

• Resolve conflict issues between vendor and/or client

• Manage customer NTE limits.

• Manage customer accounts receivable in  accordance with client net terms.

• Delegate tasks to customer service reps.

• Years of Experience 3-5 years client/account management  within Facilities / Safety industry

• Education Associates degree or equivalent

• Technical Skills Foundational Fire Life Safety trade knowledge

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong verbal and written communication skills  

• Conflict resolution

• Relationship building (Internal and External Relationship building)
