Description

Remx is seeking a CSR that has ERP and JD Edwards expertise for our client. In this role you will support our client by providing excellent customer service to customers and branches by accurately entering and maintaining orders, providing updates, and resolving problems that may arise.

Title: CSR (Must have ERP and JD Edwards experience for this client to consider you.)
Start Date: ASAP (Fast Hiring Process)
Employment Type: Temp to hire
Location: Onsite (Tukwila, WA 98188)
Training Schedule: Mon-FRI 8:00am-4:30pm
Post-Training Schedule: Mon-Fri 5am-4:30pm (Will work a schedule between these hours)
Pay: $27.50 an hour

Duties:

• Answer telephone calls from customers and branches
• Route callers to branch personnel or other departments as necessary
• Enter all orders into computer system, coordinate shipments, track orders and advise customers of order status
• Create rental contracts and all other order related documents
• Generate invoices and issues credits to customers
• Resolve order problems
• Provide parts identification and basic product information to customers and branches
• Communicate order status and production problems to appropriate personnel
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with planning, purchasing and production to meet current and anticipated customer needs
• Manage customer contracts
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of excellent real customer service experience (no script-real experience)
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills with various customer types
• Excellent phone business etiquette both in person and on the phone
• Must demonstrate extremely strong listening and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and decision-making abilities
• Able to work occasional overtime
• Good project management skills in a multi-tasking environment
• Demonstrated initiative and appropriate independent problem solving
• Ability to participate and cooperate in a team-oriented environment, and work independently
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems, JD Edwards knowledge Required
• Strong MSOffice Suite skills, AS/400 skills/background able to key 55+ WPM
