This is an ONSITE ( NOT REMOTE) opportunity. Must be local to North Charleston area.
This role requires candidates to be bilingual ( fluent in English and Spanish)
Pay: $15.00 per hour; additional $1.00 if all schedule requirements are met.
Hours: Must be flexible to work between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday- Saturday
Job Description: This is an inbound customer service program and you will be answering calls for Georgia Natural Gas, a gas supplier for customer’s gas utility company. As a Southstar customer service agent you will handle a variety of call types including enrolling new customers, processing gas turn-ons and turn-offs, taking payments, and setting up payment arrangements. The goal is to be able to quickly assist customers that call in for any of these reasons. This is a fast paced program that will require a commitment to working your schedule and a willingness to learn. It is extremely important that you are proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment in order to utilize the client’s 3 separate systems, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
