Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivable

This is a temp to hire role.

Your primary activities will include but are not limited to:

• In charge of posting all forms of payments received by Jarrow Formulas, Inc, such as checks, cash, ACH, COD, Credit Card, wire and prepay to Infor.
• Files and uploads all deposit batches and other documents as instructed by supervisor.
•  Maintains an accurate accounting spreadsheet of payment breakdown for various large accounts such as Amazon, Sprouts, UNFI, Kehe, Vitamin Shoppe, Kroger, Vitamin Cottage.
• Helps cash deposit processing when needed.
• Assists with providing auditors with document requests.
• Performs any other related duties, as may be required.

• AA degree in Accounting or applicable relevant experience (2-3 years in AR department).
• Hands-on experience with large ERP (SAP or equivalent).
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines while possessing a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships, function as a team player, and thrive in a changing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to multi-task, while maintaining composure and work in a fast-paced environment
