**Temp to permanent position** 

Location: Greenwhich, CT (06830) 

100% On-Site 

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00 PM EST 

Compensation: $26.50/hourly 

This position involves purchasing and coordination of maintenance supplies, managing/negotiating of vendor pricing. Maintenance of parts inventory system, assisting within the engineering team to develop safety and quality programs. Maintenance and accountability of Somax and Oracle programs, while providing support to the facility with compliance record keeping and documentation.   

Essential Job Duties: 

• Excellent computer skills 
• Knowledge of industrial parts & machinery 
• Must be able to conduce physical cycle counts and follow-up on justifications of adjustments 
• Must be able to properly "kit" parts for work orders and provide status reports 
• Must be able to train others in properly methodology to manage parts - including how to create parts requisitions & how to checkout and return parts to inventory

Education/Previous Experience: 

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent REQUIRED 
• Basic knowledge of parts required for electrical and mechanical system is critical
• Able to communicate effectively - verbally and written 
• Computer literate - word processing, spreadsheets, database and graphics 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
