Hours: 4 - 10 Hour weeks MWRF from 7:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Managing the operations of the office such as renewals for credentialling, overseeing OSHA requirements, and continuing education for staff (Will train)
• Interface with patients, staff, vendors and other doctor's office
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Managing everyday staffing and time clock entry
• Entering insurance payments
• Assist with insurance verification and estimates

Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of a dental practice
• Endodontics experience required
• Strong knowledge of PPO dental insurance
• Excellent patient support and communication
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
