Hybrid schedule (1 day in-office), Member Service Representative in Warminster, PA in the Banking Industry

Hours - 8:45 - 5:00 Monday - Friday (37.50 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically and professionally greets members and potentials members while introducing themselves and welcoming them via Phone, Chat, Email and any other form of electronic communication
• Receives and processes all member requests accurately and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and educate our members of our Mobile/Online Banking and electronic services by providing step by step instructions of all self-service technology
• Discuss cross-sell opportunities with members to make their lives easier and to save them money
• Assist members with opening and servicing all accounts, products and services

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• MS Office Suite experience
• Achieve or exceed cross sell goals each month
• Hybrid schedule - 4 days remote and 1 day in-office
