Hours - 8:45 - 5:00 Monday - Friday (37.50 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

• Greets members and potentials members while introducing themselves and welcoming them
• Receives and processes all member requests accurately and efficiently
• When needed, assist member with the use of the self-service terminals and its features
• Discuss cross-sell opportunities with members to make their lives easier and to save them money
• Assist members with opening and servicing all accounts, products and services offered
• Provide demonstrations of all self-service technology
• Ability to cross sell and achieve goals each month
• Troubleshooting and resolving member and internal inquiries

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• MS Office Suite experience
• Achieve or exceed cross sell goals each month
