RemX Staffing is seeking a Construction Project Manager in the Holmes, PA  area.

This is a direct hire opportunity that requires working onsite. 

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of construction and bid documents
• Issue addenda and respond to bidder questions
• Prepare bid tabulation and assist in review of bidder qualifications
• Manage Contract Award and prepare Notice of Award
• Coordinate and review contract documents and preconstruction meeting
• Coordinate project schedule, submittals and meetings
• Prepare meeting agenda and minutes
• Coordinate contractor payments, change orders and project close-out

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred 
• Two+ years of experience in Construction Project Management 
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
