RemX is hiring a Customer Service Representative II to work with a reputable client of ours in Berkeley Heights, NJ!

Pay rate: $21 per hour

Contract Position with Potential for Hire

***100 percent Onsite in Berkeley Heights, NJ ***

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Training team and our vendor partners to complete tickets for employees to gain access to systems/platforms, maintain the training calendar, coordinate training sessions, and update training material/presentations.
• As part of the advocate position, support the engagement team by responding to consumer contacts via multiple channels; phone, e-commerce, rating & reviews, and chat.
• Provide expert knowledge to consumers, salons, and other sources contacting us for information or seeking assistance in the use of our products.

1. Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
2. Knowledge of Canva and eCommerce a plus
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong attention to detail
5. If bi-lingual – able to compose responses in same language
6. Position requires extended periods of time answering calls with the use of a headset
7. High School or GED REQUIRED
