RemX is searching for a Credit/Collection Analyst to assist our BIG Pharma client with their B2B Accounts Receivables needs. This position is 98% remote/WFH

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Salary: $23-$25/hour based on experience

Training & Post Training Schedule: 8am-5pm CST, Monday through Friday

Location: This position is work from home/ remote, but you will be expected to go onsite a few times a month for meetings

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Assist with the collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts

Interfaces with sales support, customer service, and accounts receivable in reconciling accounts

Performs pre-sale credit risk evaluation, including financial statement analysis and analysis of data obtained from bank and trade references

Prepares recommendations and makes credit approval decisions on new accounts

Analyzes and reports on credit memo and write off activity. Prepares monthly collections reports.

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

WHAT YOU HAVE AND WHO YOU ARE

Experience in B2B AR, collections, customer service, researching and problem solving.

Strong critical and analytical skills and someone who is very independent once trained and given all tools to do the job.

Software / ERP experience preferred but not required: SAP, Salesforce and Get Paid

Intermediate to Advance skillset in excel is required.

Bachelors - 4-year degree in finance, accounting or related field or equivalent experience

5+ years credit experience, depending on area of assignment may be required to have relevant healthcare/insurance experience
