Pay: $18/HR or 19.50/HR with a bachelor's degree
Location: Onsite in Alpharetta, GA – must live within 20 miles of Alpharetta
Work Schedule: need to be open to both shifts
Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM
OR
Monday-Friday
- 3 days per week 8:00am-5:00pm
- 2 days per week 11:00am-8:00pm
- (OT as needed 2 Saturdays per month 8AM-12PM)
Job Duties:
- High Volume inbound/outbound calls
- Process payments and payoffs
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Adheres to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
- Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives)
- Ideal for those looking for an entry-level position in the general field of Customer Service, Customer Accounts, and/or Automotive Finance
Requirements:
- 1 year or more of call center experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask is essential
- Bachelor's degree preferred
