RemX is hiring Call Center Representatives in the Alpharetta, GA area. Seeking enthusiastic individuals wanting to assist customers and provide excellent customer service. 

Pay rate: $17.50 per hour 

Training: Monday-Friday 10 am - 7 pm

Schedule: 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts

Need weekend availability 

Onsite: MUST LIVE WITHIN 25 MILES of Alpharetta, GA

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate new travel bookings for a variety of travel products – primarily, Air, Car, and Hotel bookings
• Assist customers with booking travel thru their rewards or purchasing travel using their payment card
• Service existing travel bookings e,g. requests to cancel or change bookings
• Assist customers with order placement for Gift Cards, Merchandise, and Apple products
• Provide site navigation assistance to customers who are new to self-booking/ordering online

Experience:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of customer service experience in a call center and/or customer facing retail environment
• Travel is a plus
• Must be professional and articulate with strong interpersonal skills
• Must have a pleasant phone presence and friendly personality
  • Education Verification – Such as High School Diploma or GED or transcripts.
  • Employment Verification – Such as paystubs, W2’s or tax transcripts for either your 3 most recent employers or covering previous 7 years of work history
