RemX is currently hiring for a National Customer service representative for our client in Lynbrook, NY!
Fully Onsite- Lynbrook, NY 11563
$20-$25/HR
Direct Hire position
In this position you will be responsible for the dispatch and coordination of client work requests for repair/ to maintain fire alarm systems, fire sprinklers, and fire protective equipment with the National Network of offices.
You will be responsible for follow up on all current customer requests to make sure they are completed to customer satisfaction, handle any escalated calls, and all customer contact to ensure they are taken care of and responded to in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone with previous:
- Customer service and/ or dispatch
-Microsoft excel, and outlook knowledge
- overtime availability when needed
