THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE PERMANENT POSITION! 

Position: Bank Reward Member CSR

Pay: $18.50/hr.

Location: Beautiful onsite location, located in Scottsdale, AZ! (Must be able to work onsite)

Shifts available between 8am-4:30pm. (Must be available to work either a Saturday OR Sunday)

Job description:

• Schedule bookings for customers such as travel, car rentals and hotels.
• Take inbound calls to cancel or change bookings.
• Deliver excellent customer support through various channels i.e. voice, email, and chat
• Aid customers for general banking and rewards inquiries
• Assist customers with placing orders for gift cards, Apple products, and other merchandise!

• Ability to work onsite at North Scottsdale location
• Must be able to work a designated shift between 8am-430pm and one weekend day.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year recent customer service experience.
• Positive and friendly personality with a go getter attitude.
• Ability to provide awesome customer service to customers.
