RemX has an exciting Customer Service position available with a well-established company located in Richmond, VA. 

Onsite during training (6+) then fully remote.  Must live in Richmond, VA

Hours: 8 am – 5:30 pm Monday-Friday  

• Responding to inbound calls
• Responding to billing inquiries
• Perform accounting calculations
• Review and accept payments
• Data entry 

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of call center experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to problem solve 
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
