Location: Seabrook, New Hampshire (03874) 

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM EST 

Compensation: $18.00-$21.00/hourly (Dependent upon experience) 

***Contract position scheduled to last until September 2023***

Essential Job Duties:

• Tracking preventative maintenance 
• Ordering parts 
• Maintaining the Maximo system 
• Maintain asset files in Maximo as well as on paper where applicable 
• Enter maintenance-related data into the Maximo system 
• Inventory levels and accuracy 
• Receives, labels, stock parts 
• Processing reports 
• Track and enter purchase orders for accuracy and proper payment 

Requirements: 

• Technical knowledge regarding vehicle/facility maintenance 
• Parts room, inventory management, purchasing or state DMV experience 
• Computer skills proficiency- Microsoft Office; data entry, asset management software (Maximo) and email 
• Ability to multi-task 
• Great organizational skills
