We are looking for an experienced inventory and fleet coordinator for an on site role in Seabrook, New Hampshire! 

Pay: $18-$21 hourly
Shift: 8am-5pm | M-F
Location: On site, in Seabrook NH. 03874

The Fleet & Facility Coordinator supports the maintenance team by:
-Tracking preventive maintenance
-Ordering parts
-Maintaining the Maximo system
-Maintain asset files
-Enters maintenance-related data into the Maximo system daily/as needed. Verifies the information entered by the techs.
-Inventory levels and accuracy (shrinkage)
-Maintains parts inventory including cycle counting parts (audit)
-Receives, labels, stocks parts
-Processing reports as needed and on a cadence
-Track and enter purchase orders for accuracy and proper payment

The ideal candidate will have:
- Technical knowledge regarding vehicle/facility maintenance and repaid
- Parts room, inventory management, purchasing, or state DMV experience 
- Computer proficiency is a MUST for this role
