RemX is recruiting for a Direct Hire, Entry Level, Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Charleston, SC.

 

This is NOT a work from home job.

 

Hours: Must be flexible to work a shift between Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm.

Agent pay:  $15-$16 + Benefits

Starting: 6/5/2023

 

Job Description:

Answering inbound calls and will be handling a variety of call types including enrolling new customers, processing starts and ending of services, taking payments, and setting up payment arrangements. 

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prefer previous retail or customer service experience
  • Solid pronunciation/Clear phone voice
  • Strong computer skills – proficient in Windows, MS Office, Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent verbal communication skills- must have professional phone voice, clear pronunciation.
  • Good attendance and work ethic
  • Ability to type with accuracy and successfully document all accounts.
  • Must be customer service focused and be motivated to succeed.
