Do you have experience setting appointments and performing follow ups?

Do you have a background in HVAC and Plumbing?

If you do, then this is the position for you!!!!

Our client is looking for a Order Management Specialist to join their team.

This is a temp to hire position with great pay and benefits.

Hours of operation after training: 6:30am-6pm (Must be able to work on Saturday, but have a day off during the week)

Shift can be anytime within hours of operation.

Great pay starting at $21.

Job Overview:

  • Call center setting w/o metrics. No idle time or wrap time.
  • Provide telephone/email/chat assistance to homeowners and contractors. 
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls from homeowners and contractors regarding an HVAC issue, repair, replacement, scheduling the contractor based on the area/geography.
  • Making outbound calls or outbound emails to verify and confirm everything.

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • 1+ year customer service, customer facing experience – call center or reception
  • Need to have a thick skin- will be handling escalations
  • Using a proprietary CRM system
  • Smart sheets which is similar to Excel
  • Outlook for all internal and external email
