Description

An AMAZING opportunity for an Office Manager with a great company located in Irvine.  Stable, excellent pay and benefits!  Contract to hire, offering $25-$30/hr. DOE. This position will start ASAP! 100% onsite.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with invoicing and collections
  • Assist with Accounts payable
  • Maintain electronic filing of accounting documents.
  • Assist with Human Resources
  • Assist with Payroll
  • Helps monitor front door for visitors and maintains visitor sign-in.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.
  • May assist with the set up for company or executive meetings. 
  • Assists with other Accounting/company reports, tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Verifies Purchase Order information matches invoice quantities; follows up with Purchasing and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • May perform tasks such as preparing routine business correspondence and reports; copying; filing; scanning; data entry; special projects, and other administrative tasks as assigned. 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Administrative and Accounting.
  • Experience is manufacturing environment is required
  • Knowledge/experience with Generally Accepted Accounting practices including A/P and A/R.
  • Experience in Human Resources and Payroll processing preferred
  • The ability to follow instructions and procedures, including all company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external individuals.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent phone demeanor; Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to read work instructions and documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel; experience with accounting software (QuickBooks); working knowledge of ERP systems a plus.  Daily use of all software systems required.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.  Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.  Ability to complete work in a timely manner.
  • Good data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required.
