Position: Remote- Medical Customer Service Representative

Location: Must be able to pick up equipment in*Irving, TX*

Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay

Shift & Training: Monday-Saturday between 7a-8p CST. you'll be assigned an 8hr shift (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A SATURDAY)

Job Details:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.

• Perform Medical Benefit investigations to determine eligibility.

• Medical insurance verifications & prior authorization follow-ups.

• Must have prior experience in a customer service call center experience.

• Experience in medical call center a plus.

• Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.

• Must have high speed internet in your home.

• Must have High School Diploma/Equivalent

• Must be a TX resident OR close to Irving, TX
