Job Opening: Titles Coordinator

We are hiring in Richmond, VA!
Shift: Monday to Thursday 10 hr shifts with Friday off
Location: On-site Richmond, VA
position for about 4 – 6 months with the ability to become a permanent employee.
Job Description:
¦ Maintain digital and physical records management systems for Titles.
¦ Scan, name, and upload digital copies of Titles into a data base.
¦ Report and reconcile Title discrepancies.
¦ Organize Titles received and log/track status in a MS Excel spreadsheet.
¦ Maintain filing supplies kanban system for visual process control.
¦ Follow work instructions as documented and report any errors or discrepancies.
¦ Assist with requesting replacement Titles as necessary.
¦ Participate in meetings to give progress reports and updates on Title activities.
¦ Learn and comply with company internal auditing policies and best practices.
Job Requirements
¦ 3+ years of customer service or support experience.
¦ 3+ years of filing clerk and/or records management experience.
¦ Experience with and working knowledge of Motor Vehicle titles is preferred.
¦ Experience with and working knowledge of participating in audits is preferred.
¦ 2+ years of experience with MS Teams which includes scheduling ,participating in, and recording meetings.
¦ Intermediate to advanced level in MS Excel.
¦ Beginner to intermediate level in MS Office and MSSharePoint.
