Job Opening: Direct Hire Call Center Representative
Description
This is a long term, DIRECT HIRE position with growth potential and benefits. This is an opportunity to help people plan the trip of a lifetime for customers.
Start: OCT 4th or Oct 9th
1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available . This position requires you to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA (must live within 25 miles)
REQUIRMENTS:
Must live within 40 miles of Alpharetta
Will be required to show proof of employment for last 3 positions (W2’s, tax returns, check stubs can be accepted
Pay: $17.50/$18.50 for Bilingual
The Position:
Inbound call center environment
Calls are from customers looking to book travel either using their rewards that have been accumulated, or purchasing travel using their payment card. You will also provide assistance to customers who have booked, but need help with cancelling, or making changes.
Helping customers navigate what they can do and where they can go with their reward points
Assisting customers experiencing issues with points redemption, etc.
40 hours of work a week

Who We Are Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED required
1 years of call center or customer service experience is required
1 year of travel experience (hotel reservations, etc.) PREFFERED NOT REQUIRED
An articulate demeanor and friendly personality are necessary
