Job Opening: Onsite – Call Center Representative

RemX is hiring Call Center Representatives in Plantation, FL.

Onsite: *100% onsite* Plantation, FL

Pay rate: $17.00 per hour

Temporary with Potential for Hire

Training: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (2 weeks long)

Schedules available are between 8 am – 11 pm. 40 hour work week

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide white glove level service to customers
• Serve as a single point of contact for the customer and form a strong relationship
• Research complex issues across multiple databases
• Respond to and own customer inquiries and issues
