RemX is urgently hiring for a 3 week Customer Service Project!
1st week of training pay- $22/hr
Next 2 weeks- $27.50 /hr
If you complete the entire project you will receive a $400 Completion Bonus (NO DAYS MISSED)
Multiple Shifts available 8am-11pm! MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND NEW YEARS DAY
FULLY ONSITE EACH DAY- MIRAMAR OR PLANTATION FL
Training December 26 -29
Project Dates January 1-January 12
Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolutions to our members. You’ll answer questions relating to health insurance, benefits, site navigation, and password resets. This is high volume, customer service environment. You’ll need to be efficient, productive, and thorough dealing with our members over the phone.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide resolution for customers.
Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues.
