Position: FULLY REMOTE Outbound Medical Records Representative

Location: Remote Work from Home *El Paso, TX Residents Only*

Pay: $16.00/hr. Weekly Pay and Full Benefits

Training and After Training Schedule: Must work Monday-Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM

***Bonus Pay for top performers AND good attendance!***

Computer equipment will be provided!

Job Description:

Conduct outbound calls to doctors’ offices requesting medical records and patient charts for insurance companies.
Some inbound calls may be required.
Perform repetitive back-to-back outbound calls through work shift.
No sales or collections involved!
Opportunity for bonuses and incentive pay!

Minimum of 6 months call center experience.
Must have ability to work from home with internet service and quiet place to work.
Must work Monday-Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM
Must be able to drive to El Paso, TX for drug test AND pick up equipment for position. (Separate days).
Must have great attendance, no additional time off allowed during initial 90 day probationary period. Earn bonus for performance and perfect attendance!
Must have good work ethic, ability to commit fully to assigned shift, and have a positive and professional attitude.
Must possess High School Diploma or Equivalent
