RemX Specialty Staffing is looking for a Part Time Office Admin for our client in Alpharetta, GA.
Payrate: $24.50
Hours: Flexible hours, 4 hours onsite Mon-Friday
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR POSITION DESCRIPTION
• Purchase office supplies
• Pick up and sort office mail
• Maintenance of office equipment (copiers, printers, shredder, postage machine)
• Maintain break room
• Manage FedEx overnight shipping account
• Coordinate the administration of contracts
• Coordinate office meals and company meetings
• Answer main office telephone
• Handle travel arrangements for visitors (infrequently)
• Coordinate offsite document storage
• Liaison with property management for office maintenance
• Coordinate customer feed samples (log, ship, document analysis)
• Enter accounts payable freight invoices in SAP and file invoices
• Assist with check preparation (invoice matching folding, stuffing, postage)
• Complete tonnage (state freight taxes) & product registrations by due dates
• Audit travel & entertainment expenses in Concur
• Track certificates of insurance received from vender list and request missing certificates
• Backup up for scanning checks using banking software
• Provide administrative support to quality process
• Supports Finance Director in managing Safety Data Sheets
• Other special projects as requested
