3 WEEK CONTRACT + A $400 Bonus after successful completion of contract
TWO LOCATIONS OFFERED (Miramar or Plantation, FL)
Location: Fully onsite
Pay: $27.50/HR ($22/HR During Training)
Contract Duration: 12/26- 1/12/24
Hours: Multiple different shifts available between 8am-11pm
Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls only
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
- Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements:
- 6 months of customer service experience with the same company
- High School diploma
- Goal-driven and detail oriented
