Job Opening: Customer Service Representative | $22 – $27.5 an hour ONSITE

RemX Staffing is looking for friendly Customer Service Representatives for our client in Plantation, FL. This is a special project that will only last three (3) weeks but with high pay, completion bonus, and lunch provided every work day!

• Title: Customer Service Rep
• Employment Type: Contract
• Location: Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL | ONSITE
• Salary: Training 1 Week 12/26/23 – 12/29/23 – $22.00 an hour | Production 2 Weeks 1/1/24 – 1/12/24 – $27.50 an hour | Completion Bonus $400 – No attendance issues and complete entire project
• Start Date: 12/26/23
• Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Monday – Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling)

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls relating to general health insurance questions
• Update system with relevant information per call
• Maintain great attendance and adherence

Requirements:

• GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
• 1+ year experience in customer service REQUIRED
• Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
