What you will be doing:

• Assist in a wide range of projects and media, utilizing computer software to develop graphic designs that align with business goals.
• Support the planning and illustration of concepts by designing aesthetic layouts of art and copy.
• Collaborate with senior designers to implement edits into concepts and prepare final layouts in various file formats and mediums.
• Assist in managing projects independently or in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring deadlines, budget constraints, and project implementation schedules are met.
• Coordinate with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketers, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in executing design tasks under the guidance of senior designers.
• Exhibit a passion for typography, design hierarchy, balance, and the ability to contribute to compelling visual stories.
• Other duties as requested by business need.
