Position: OSL or Supervisor
Pay: $23/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Start Date: ETA 10/14* (Start date can change based on client’s needs)

Job Details:

• Supervisor-

  • Develop initiatives for process improvement and review ongoing operations to ensure all SLA’s and KPI metrics are met and or exceeded.
  • Execute and optimize operational responsibilities to promote seamless delivery of services.
  • Drive standardized best practices and leverage support functions to optimize operational performance while meeting goals.
  • Assist team members on metrics and quality of work performed.
  • Train and supervise new employees to promote overall team productivity and consistent service.
  • Create high level reports for senior operations manager and leadership.
  • Handle escalated customer service concerns to preserve customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationship.

• OSL-

  • Assist the Call Center Supervisor with driving performance metrics for all team members.
  • Manage daily attendance for the team.
  • Manage daily team chats.
  • Assist team agents reach their goals and understand procedures to grow.
  • Assist supervisor with escalated calls.
  • Identify and provide opportunities to associates to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to increase work performance.
  • At times may lead morning huddles and shift end huddles
  • Analyze advanced metrics on agents’ daily stats.
  • Manage weekly reports on team and agent level performance.
  • May also assist supervisor with QA monitoring of agents to ensure Risk and Compliance Measures/Policies and Procedures are being met.
