What you will be doing:
- Handle sales orders in our ERP system, manage license sales, oversee product returns and exchanges, check freight and customs invoices, and collaborate with third-party service providers.
- Responding to emails and phone calls from customers and other stakeholders and maintaining the ticketing system accordingly
- Creating and maintaining work instructions and process descriptions for US Customer Service operations
- Providing an outstanding customer experience and enhancing relationships with all stakeholders
- Participating in development projects as needed
What we need from you:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience from global customer service, international trade & logistics and working in global team operating across multiple time zones
