Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, with the opportunity for growth as skills develop. We need someone who can start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Accurately type and enter data into various systems and databases.
- Prepare and send out letters, packages, and other correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages as needed.
- Assist with small office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications of the Office Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
