Job Opening: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Description
RemX is seeking experienced Re-Enrollment Advocate for our client.
- Titles: Customer Service Representative
- Location: Onsite | Louisville, KY 40219 | After training, will be WAH (this may be once the supervisor determines they are proficient to work from home)
- Pay: $17.00 an hour
- Scheduling: 8am-430pm onsite (they should be flexible with schedule)
- Start date: 9/16
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.

Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
- Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.

Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
- Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Previous healthcare experience desired
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Board of Pharmacy Tech License required (pharmacy tech certification, costs the associate about $26 prior to starting
