Job Opening: $24 Customer Service

RemX Staffing is looking for Customer Service Representatives for short projects for our client. This role will take inbound calls to assist people with either healthcare questions, medical equipment/prescription questions, or medical meal deliveries.  Roles typically last 1 week.

• Title: Customer Service Rep
• Employment Type: TEMPORARY
• Location: Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL | ONSITE
• Salary: $24.00/hr
• Start Date: END OF SEPTEMBER
• Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM Monday – Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
  

Responsibilities:

• Assist callers with questions and navigations of healthcare, health insurance, or meal benefits
• Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.

Requirements:

• GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
• 1+ year experience in customer service REQUIRED
• Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
