Job Opening: Shipping Representative

Position: Shipping and logistics representative

Pay: $15 per hour

Schedule: Mon-Friday from 9 AM- 5PM

Responsibilities:

• Learn the fundamentals of the i9000 terminal configuration process.

• Learn and be proficient in the Benefits POS application and additional software needed for inventory

tracking purposes.

• Exceptional communication skills

• Ability to troubleshoot mobile & web-app UI/UX issues with clients over the phone.

• Demonstrable patience when communicating with clients.

• Perform all shipping tasks required to create satisfied customers.

• Perform all tasks in a timely and economical manner.

• Look for efficiency with organizing, materials, etc.

• Communicate with and support the Sales and Shipping Team

Qualifications:

• Preferable knowledge for Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence)

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Understand basic technical concepts such as POS, iOS, Android, FrontEnd, Backend, VPN.

• Quick learning capabilities

• 1-2 years of customer support experience

• Ability to work with onshore and offshore teams

• Hands-on experience using physical terminals such as Point of Sale, Pin pads, Cash drawers,

Scanner/Scales, etc.

• Bilingual Preferred

• Organizational Skills

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, climb ladders, reach overhead and lift up to 30 to 50 lbs

occasionally

• Warehousing/parts storage or fulfillment experience preferred

• Shipping experience with UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHL, LTL preferred
