Job Opening: Junior Instructional Designer

RemX has an immediate opening for a Junior Instructional Designer to work with a great company located in TN. 

Location: Remote (eastern  or central time zones)

Hours: full-time Monday-Friday

Pay: $25/hr 

This position will assist in the creation, implementation and evaluation of onboarding training programs.  

• Support various projects: content creation, report generation, and feedback management.
• Assist in the development of onboarding materials for different departments
• Assist with creation of training modules for Warehouse Management Systems 
• Assist in developing tracking systems for employee progress
• Report building
• Design and distribute surveys for employee feedback
• Assist with the creation of training vides and other content
• Badge and certificate management
• Assist in designing visually appealing graphics for training materials
