Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative- for an Onsite- Short-term project for $28/hr. (after training- $23.00) to join our team! You will be responsible for responding to and owning consumer inquiries and issues related to plans and benefits. Only 6 months of customer service experience (Retail or Food Service) necessary! You will be trained!!
Position Highlights:
Title: Onsite Call Center Customer Service Representative
Training Pay Rate: $23.00/hr.
After Training Pay rate: $28.00/hr.
Employment Type: Seasonal- Short Term Project
Employment Dates: Start Date 12/28/2024 | End Date 1/3/2025 (Please note you will work New Years Day)
Location: Plantation: 1700 N University Drive Plantation, FL 33322
What You Will Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls only.
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues related to plans and benefits.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.

What You Have:
- 6 months of customer service experience including call center, retail or food service.
- High School Diploma
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to commute to Plantation, FL for a short term project.
