Job Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Helping maintain visitor logs. 
• Will work on prior authorization from physicians and patients.
• Preparing meeting and training rooms. 
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. 
• Scheduling appointment

Job Requirements:

• Preferred with experience in Athena 1
• Experience with referrals
• Bilingual Spanish
• Must have hepatitis B record
